PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The data of a personal nature provided will be processed, in accordance with the conditions of lawfulness under Article 6 letter f) GDPR (legitimate interest), for the following purposes:

  • navigation on this website;

The data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f): (Recital 47), taking into account the reasonable expectations of the data subject at the time and in the context of the collection of personal data, when the data subject could reasonably expect processing to take place for that purpose. In addition, the processing of such data is also justified by legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject (Legislative Decree. 82/2005 (digital administration code), L. 241/1990 (law on administrative procedure), Legislative Decree. 33/2013 (transparency decree).

The types of data types processed by the Data Controller are:

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed, in an aggregate and non-identifying manner, for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to control the proper functioning of the services offered.

RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Data of a personal nature provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as data controllers (Art. 28 GDPR) and/or as individuals acting under the authority of the Data Controller (Art. 29 GDPR), for the purposes listed above. Precisely, the data will be communicated to:

  • provider for domain-related services;
  • competent authorities for fulfillment of obligations of laws and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

Individuals in the above categories act as Data Controllers, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers.

DATA TRANSFER

The Data Controller has no intention to transfer the data subject’s personal data to a country outside the European Union or to an international organization.

RETENTION PERIOD

In compliance with Art. 5(1)(e) GDPR the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject may exercise any of the following rights at any time:

  • Right of access, i.e., the right to request confirmation from the Controller that personal data concerning him or her is or is not being processed, obtaining all the information specified in Art. 15 GDPR (e.g. purposes of processing, categories of personal data processed, etc.);
  • Right of rectification i.e., the ability to correct inaccurate data or request supplementation if they are incomplete (Art. 16 GDPR);

  • Right to limitation of processing if one or more of the cases provided for in Art. 18 GDPR;

  • Right to object, at any time, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her if the conditions specified in Art. 21 GDPR;

  • Right to cancellation in the cases indicated by Art. 17 GDPR;

The rights listed above can be exercised by notifying the Holder through the contact details above.

In addition, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).
